PRIORITIES OF THE STRICTO SENSU POST GRADUATION’S PROGRAMS IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION: GRADUATE STUDENT´S POINT OF VIEW

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the priorities of the training process by the point of view of the graduate students of Stricto Sensu Post Graduation Programs in Physical Education. The research involves the collection of data of the objectives of these Programs, and question- naires applied to the graduate students of such Programs which received their titles between 2001 and 2006. Results show that Post Graduation Programs in Physical Education must focus the process of teacher´s formation to the Higher Education, considering that most of them underline significant dedication to research production in detriment of teacher´s formation.
