This paper aims to discuss doping from an ethical and bio ethical perspective, identifying the main elements that are necessary to this debate. To achieve this objective, the first part of the paper gives a general overview of the topic, highlighting its political, social, and financial issues. Then, it gives a deeper discussion on physical and sportive activities, based on the productivity perspective. Finally, the paper identifies the ethical and bio ethical elements that are necessary to face the debate concerning doping.
