Abstract

In this article we intend to analyze the concern with performance, existing in contemporary society, and question its characterization as something of a personal nature. For such purposes, we will reflect about the conformation of a sports society managed by the business logic and about the promotion of a lifestyle that normalizes an endless search for better performances, spreading its effects in different areas of life.
