Physical Education as a school component for the elementary education. Elements for a teaching proposal.

Abstract
This article systemizes central elements proposed for Physical Education as one of Elementary Education Subjects by the Educational Office of Olinda/PE. The approach starts theoretically with the Social-Historical Psychology, by the Vygotsky (1984), Leontiev (1988) and the theoretical-methodological concept, defended by the perspective of the Body Culture (1992). The predominance of a naturalized view of young students behavior is defended here, with the idea that it happens when a child is introduced to a culture and human social relationship as a whole, and to a pedagogical relationship individually.
