Abstract
The educational experience which we discuss in the present paper is linked to the mother project, “Significant problematics of pedagogical practice, production of knowledge, teacher education and public policies” developed by the Lepel/Faced/UFBA Group. It studies an educational program that was proposed to elevate the educational level of rural workers, conceiving of work as an educational principle within a perspective of complexity. Here we will take a particular look at the propositions developed in one course that made up part of the curriculum, “Body Culture”. The main goal of the study is to systematize proposals for the education of youth and adults in the countryside.
